We Built SuperDuper Because We Needed It.
The SuperDuper team has kids. They play 6 instruments across 4 bands. They are on more softball teams than we can count. They do basketball, soccer, volleyball, ultimate frisbee, capoeira, curling, gymnastics, dance, theater, robotics. One has a paper route. They're in French Club and Drone Flying Club. One is learning to drive. Two are preparing for Bar Mitzvahs.
We've sent them to away games wearing home jerseys.
We've made them wait on the steps because we forgot it was early pickup at school.
We've read four different email threads from five different senders and still got the drop off wrong.
We built SuperDuper because we were tired of all the work on top of the work of actually raising kids.
We're not trying to automate parenting. We're trying to give you back the hours that logistics take away. The ones spent scrolling, forwarding, and mentally rehearsing tomorrow at 11pm when we just want to parent, to teach, to play.
We built SuperDuper to work for all families. Two-parent, same-sex parents, single-parent, grandparents who do pickups, and nannies who need the whole picture. We built it for co-parents splitting weeks and couples splitting sanity. We built it for us. Because in almost every household, someone is carrying a weight the other person can't fully see. And that person deserves more than a "have you tried a shared Google Calendar?"
A lot of people in tech obsess over the moment a user first opens their app. We get that. But we're building SuperDuper for the moment you close it. So you can put down your phone and go play with your kids.
